We begin with a 3–4 hour workshop to understand the company's vision, operations, and AI ambitions. Together, we explore key workflows, tools, and processes to identify where generative AI can bring meaningful impact.

Following the assessment, we deliver a tailored report with a "menu of opportunities" for digital transformation and AI use cases. This often uncovers underutilized capabilities or untapped workflows that can create strategic value.

We co-develop a clear and balanced roadmap, based on the opportunity mapping and a shared evaluation of what to prioritize. This is typically done in collaboration with an appointed AI Coordinator.
