Why this role exists

NORDFY builds AI capability for professional creative and design firms. We’re part of Verka Collective, a growing group of six independent European practices, with around 500 people today and more firms joining on the way to over 1,000.

The methods, agents, and workflows we build across the collective are increasingly ready for the wider market. This role is for clients who want AI built into how they work, deployed in their own environment, with their own teams. You are the person in the room building the thing and getting it to run locally.

What you’ll own

  • Work directly with client teams on bespoke workflows and special projects: design the solution, build it, deploy it, and make it work for the people using it every day.
  • Meet capable teams, often already trained by NORDFY, and take what they can build further.
  • Turn one-off client builds into repeatable products so a solution shipped for one client can be deployed again.
  • Carry the library of work developed inside the collective into the wider market. Own both delivery and productisation.

What you bring

  • Real agents, integrations, and workflows shipped in front of clients, not only in a repository.
  • Experience with creative, AEC, or design-led organisations is a must.
  • MCP servers, agent orchestration, or browser automation in production is a must.
  • Comfort across the whole problem: solution design, integration code, deployment, and helping the client team learn to operate it.
  • Daily use of frontier AI tooling, a clear distinction between a demo and a dependable solution, and the communication skills to build trust with professional clients.

Adoption and deployment are about people, not only code. You should be as comfortable working with a client team as you are building the solution.

Contract & location

Salary is competitive and set individually, based on the role, your experience, and the market where you’re based. We employ locally, directly or through an Employer of Record, so your contract, benefits, and pension follow the rules of your country of residence.

Our team hubs are Copenhagen and Lisbon. Living in or moving to one of them is a plus, not a requirement. This is a full-time role for people based in Europe.
