Enablement & adoption

AI Integration Lead

Close the gap between a workshop that goes well and a firm that actually works differently three months later.

Full-time · Copenhagen, Lisbon, or remote (Europe only)

Why this role exists

NORDFY builds AI capability for professional creative and design firms. We’re part of Verka Collective, a growing group of six independent European practices, with around 500 people today and more firms joining on the way to over 1,000.

Training people on AI is easy. Making adoption real is not. You take firms and client teams from curious to genuinely capable, and keep them moving. You understand how designers actually work and build AI capability that lives in the practice, not only in you.

What you’ll own

  • Run enablement across the collective and our clients: introductory sessions, hands-on training, audits, and the follow-through that makes adoption real.
  • Build alongside people: their first useful workflow, an assistant that saves real hours, or an agent that helps them prioritise work.
  • Support local AI Coordinators and AI Champions inside each firm so capability becomes part of everyday practice.
  • Work across language and visual models, prompt and workflow design, governance, responsible use, and the practical build skills that turn training into change.

What you bring

  • Training, enablement, or advisory delivered to real teams, and the ability to hold a room of designers, managers, or leadership without hype or jargon.
  • Daily, practical use of multiple frontier language and visual models, with an understanding of their strengths, limits, and appropriate uses.
  • The ability to translate a model into a workflow a firm will actually adopt, meeting resistance with the right first step rather than the fanciest demo.
  • A European base, comfort travelling to firms for on-site work when needed, and the curiosity to keep learning as the tools change.

This is not just a teaching role. You build useful things alongside teams and help them develop the confidence to keep going.

A bonus, not a checklist

  • Experience with MCP servers, APIs, automations, and agent workflows.
  • German language skills and comfort with DACH and Nordic professional cultures.
  • Experience with creative, AEC, or design-led organisations.
  • Comfort on camera and an interest in turning knowledge into learning assets; the role can grow in that direction.

What we offer

  • Build the AI layer for a collective growing from around 500 to more than 1,000 people, with real reach into every practice.
  • Use frontier tools in your daily work, with the time to master them.
  • Join a small, senior team with direct access to the collective’s leadership.
  • Meet in person across the collective, alongside the AI Coordinators and Champions in each firm.
  • Develop innovative solutions that benefit the wider architecture, engineering, and construction community.

Contract & location

Salary is competitive and set individually, based on the role, your experience, and the market where you’re based. We employ locally, directly or through an Employer of Record, so your contract, benefits, and pension follow the rules of your country of residence.

Our team hubs are Copenhagen and Lisbon. Living in or moving to one of them is a plus, not a requirement. This is a full-time role for people based in Europe.
